Experience delicious gluten-free cuisine, meet new people, take in the picturesque setting and share a special evening at the Lyons Farmette as Eat’s chef and owner Katie Bruzdzinski prepares an unforgettable meal. The day’s bounty from the Farmette and surrounding farms in a multi course dinner that spotlights the strong links between community farming and the pleasures of eating.
The dinner will be a scrumptious spread of Chef Katie’s farm fresh creations, all gluten free of course, paired with wines from BTown Wine & Spirits. And the best part… dessert by Lillabee. We will be serving a grilled Colorado peach shortcake with coconut whipped cream. Every guest will bring home a box of Lillabee Classic Yellow Cake mix and the recipe for the night’s featured dessert.
